One additional week day rental for up to eight people. Week days are considered MO-TH. If more than one week day is required, please change the quantity in the order to the appropriate count of week days.

Book Reservation for Wakinyan Rental or Function. Booking Fee is $100 non-refundable unless your selected dates have already been taken at the time of your reservation request.

Cleaning Fee for any rental or function. Must be paid in advance.

Day long [8am - 5pm] meeting rental for up to 50 people. If Reservation Fee of $100 has already been paid, it can be applied to the Cleaning Fee.

Month-long rental, four week rental, for up to eight people. Month is considered any consecutive 28 days. If Reservation Fee of $100 already paid, it can be alternately applied as the Cleaning Fee.

Wedding Rental for up to Two Days. Other provisions of wedding rental must be followed. Please coordinate with us for this important day.

Seven day, seven night reservation for up to eight people. Days must be consecutive. If Reservation Fee of $100 has already been paid, it can optioanlly be applied to the Cleaning Fee.

Three night stay for up to eight people. Weekend includes either TH-FR-SAT,FR-SA-SU or a SA-SU-MO combination. If reservation fee of $100 has already been made, it can optionally be applied to the Cleaning Fee.
