We built Wakinyan as a place of rest, relaxation and renewal. A place for good memories and a place of health. Our rental policies reflect this basic philosophy.

Pets are allowed;
Maximum occupancy of eight adults;
Dinner and cocktails parties;

Smoking indoors [smoking is permitted outside on the covered porches];

Payment
A $100 Non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your time. Full payment for your event, or vacation, is required at least 10 calendar days in advance of the start of your event or rental. We accept all major credit cards.
